VE ("the App") is developed and published by OÜ Catyonic, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 17463508), located at Madara tn 9a, 10612 Tallinn, Estonia.
VE is a VPN client application. It does not provide VPN servers. Users supply their own server configuration keys to establish a VPN connection. The App supports XRAY-based protocols (VLESS, VMess, Trojan, and others).
We do not collect any personal data. Specifically:
When a user enters a master configuration key, the App may retrieve a list of child server keys and their associated labels from a remote server designated by that key. These labels are arbitrary identifiers assigned by the key owner (for example, nicknames or device names). They are not verified as personal information and are not transmitted to OÜ Catyonic or any third party. All configuration data is stored locally on the user's device and can be deleted by the user at any time.
VE operates under a strict no-logs policy. We do not monitor, record, store, or share any information about your VPN connections or online activity. We have no ability to associate any specific network activity with any specific user.

The App itself does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
All data (server keys and configuration) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate backend servers that store user data. Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing to breach.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
As we do not collect or process personal data, GDPR data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, etc.) do not apply in practice. If you believe we hold any data about you, you may contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
